Beef Roast with Pearl Onions

INGREDIENTS:
(4) Cloves garlic, minced or passed through a garlic press
(1) Tablespoon olive oil
(3) Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
(2) Tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
(1) 5-pound beef rib roast
(14-16) Small pearl onions, trimmed

STEPS:
In a small mixing bowl, combine the garlic, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper. Rub the mixture over the rib roast and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight. Follow grill planking instructions. Place the marinated beef onto the preheated plank and surround it with the pearl onions. Roast for 1-1/2 hours turning the roast over halfway through cooking.
