Plank Burgers
INGREDIENTS:
Beef:
1-1/2 Pounds lean ground beef
1/2 Teaspoon ginger
1/2 Cup watercress or fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and freshly
ground pepper to taste
Lamb:
1-1/2 Pound lean ground lamb
1/2 Teaspoon fresh mint, chopped
1/2 Cup watercress or fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
STEPS:
Follow grill planking instructions.
Mix all the ingredients and form into 4 patties. Place the
patties onto the preheated plank. Grill for 15 to 20 minutes,
turning the patties half way through cooking.
